Which package should we choose?
If most things are already planned, Actual Day Coordination may be enough. If the final stretch still feels messy, Final 90-Day Coordination may be safer. If you need help earlier, Full Planning is likely the better fit.
How early should we enquire?
For Actual Day Coordination, around 4–6 weeks before the wedding is usually the minimum. For Final 90-Day Coordination, enquire around 3 months before. For Full Planning, earlier is better.
Are vendor costs included?
No. Vendor costs are separate. Our fee is for planning and coordination support.
Do you help source vendors?
Yes, depending on the package. Actual Day Coordination does not include vendor sourcing. Final 90-Day Coordination includes limited gap vendor support, if needed. Full Planning includes wider vendor sourcing and comparison.
Do you do styling or design?
We are not a luxury styling or decor studio. We help shape the direction, source suitable vendors, and brief the right people clearly.
What if we already have a hotel coordinator?
That is normal. Your hotel coordinator supports the venue side. We support the wider wedding flow.
Can you help if our wedding is very soon?
Maybe. We need to check your wedding date, venue, vendor list, timeline, and what is still unsettled before confirming.
