Make sense of your ideas, references, and priorities.
Wedding planning and coordination for Singapore couples with ideas, vendors, family expectations, and a lot of moving parts.
We help turn the loose pieces into a clearer plan, so your wedding feels personal, organised, and properly run.
Most couples start with screenshots, vendor chats, venue details, family opinions, and a rough idea of how they want the day to feel.
Then the details start piling up.
You may have the ideas.
You may even have some vendors.
But someone still needs to connect the dots.
Our way of helping your wedding move from loose ideas to a plan people can actually follow.
Make sense of your ideas, references, and priorities.
Check what works for your venue, budget, timeline, and vendors.
Find suitable vendors who can bring the idea to life.
Give clearer direction to the people involved.
Keep the moving parts organised before and during the wedding day.
For couples who have planned most things and need the wedding day run properly.
Best when your main planning is already mostly done.
For couples close to the wedding, but still tying up loose details.
Best when the final stretch still feels messy.
For couples who want support from earlier in the planning process.
Best when you need help before the final stretch, not just on the wedding day.
Here is the simple way to think about it.
Look at Actual Day Coordination.
Look at Final 90-Day Coordination.
Look at Full Planning.
Still unsure? Send us your wedding date, venue, and current stage. We’ll tell you honestly which package makes more sense.
A few weddings and celebrations we have planned, coordinated, or learnt from directly.

A family-centred celebration with cultural flow, guest movement, and personal details to bring together.

An overseas wedding with planning across locations, vendors, guests, and family expectations.

A local wedding project involving planning support, vendor coordination, and actual-day execution.
A hotel coordinator usually supports the venue side of the wedding. That matters.
But your wedding may also involve external vendors, family movement, tea ceremony or church ceremony details, bridal party flow, personal programme items, and small handovers outside the hotel’s own operations.
That is where planning and coordination support can help.
If most things are already planned, Actual Day Coordination may be enough. If the final stretch still feels messy, Final 90-Day Coordination may be safer. If you need help earlier, Full Planning is likely the better fit.
For Actual Day Coordination, around 4–6 weeks before the wedding is usually the minimum. For Final 90-Day Coordination, enquire around 3 months before. For Full Planning, earlier is better.
No. Vendor costs are separate. Our fee is for planning and coordination support.
Yes, depending on the package. Actual Day Coordination does not include vendor sourcing. Final 90-Day Coordination includes limited gap vendor support, if needed. Full Planning includes wider vendor sourcing and comparison.
We are not a luxury styling or decor studio. We help shape the direction, source suitable vendors, and brief the right people clearly.
That is normal. Your hotel coordinator supports the venue side. We support the wider wedding flow.
Maybe. We need to check your wedding date, venue, vendor list, timeline, and what is still unsettled before confirming.
Send us your wedding date, venue, guest count, and what you need help with. We’ll suggest whether Actual Day Coordination, Final 90-Day Coordination, or Full Planning makes more sense.
You do not need to have everything perfectly ready.
We’ll help you see whether Actual Day Coordination, Final 90-Day Coordination, or Full Planning is the better fit.
